Daily Recipe - 5 Cup Fruit Salad

5 Cup Fruit Salad
4-6 servings

1 cup each:

mandarin oranges
pineapple tidbits
shredded coconut
tiny marshmallows
sour cream

1. Mix all ingredients. Allow to chill in fridge for an hour or two to let flavors develop.

Yum! My favorite! This was my Great Grandma Hart's Fruit salad that was always served at every holiday meal for as long as I can remember. I don't have to wait til Easter to have it, do I? ;)

Ooooh, my mom has made this for our Thanksgivings and Christmases since before I was born!! I LOVE it!! The sour cream has to be whole, not light or fat free, for it to be the best though(IMO).

Hope your move is going smoothly, I'm assuming your sis is still doing your posting.
