Daily Recipe - Angel Chicken

Angel Chicken
6 servings

6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. butter
2 (.7 oz.) Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
2 (10.75 oz.) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
1 c. dry white wine
8 oz. tub light cream cheese with chives and onion
Hot cooked angel hair pasta
Snipped fresh chives (optional)

1. Place chicken in a 4 quart crock pot. In a medium saucepan melt the butter. Stir in the salad dressing mix. Stir in mushroom soup, white wine, and cream cheese until combined. Pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4-5 hours. Serve chicken and sauce over hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
